Since our inception in July 2019, we have been committed to providing highly skilled, motivated, and reliable workers for various sectors, including construction, warehousing, manufacturing, security and more.

2019
While working on a construction site, Sam noticed a gap in the market for providing businesses with hardworking and reliable workers. Driven by this insight, he founded Envision to meet the demand for dependable labour in the construction industry.
2020
Like many others, Envision faced significant challenges when the global pandemic hit, causing business to come to a standstill for several months. Once the lockdown’s lifted Envision continued to support our clients with their staffing needs.
2021
Due to New Zealand's strict border closures during the height of the pandemic, there was a severe labour shortage, making it challenging to supply clients with the quality staff they required. Despite this, Sam worked tirelessly to maintain strong client relationships and deliver the best service possible.
2022
As the industry gained momentum and Sam's workload increased, Helen decided to leave her full-time job in the beauty industry to join Envision. She took on the behind the scenes administrative role, helping the business operate efficiently and supporting its expansion.
2023
In January, Sam and Helen took the leap and hired their first two account managers to support the growth of the business and meet the increasing demand from our clients. We moved into our office in the heart of Auckland CBD where we continued to work on expanding and strengthening our client relationships.
2025
As of today we are a growing team with Sam and Helen still very much involved with the daily running of the business. We continue to expand, branching out to support additional industries within Auckland. We now assist businesses across various sectors, including trades and labour, production and manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, business support, and hospitality.
