FAQs

How do I get started?

Give the team a call or complete our online contact form for a call back to talk over your workforce needs. We will discuss your requirements and find you the right candidate for the role. You will need to sign our Terms of service which is all done easily online before we can move forward with getting candidates out to you on site.

How will I be charged?

You will be charged an hourly rate, per hour, per worker. At the end of each week the worker will submit an online timesheet for you to approve. Once the hours have been approved an invoice will be generated and sent out to you that week for the total amount of hours worked.

What screening do you carry out?

All our candidates go through a thorough onboarding process at the time of registration. We verify their visa status, obtain ACC reports, references, validate licenses/qualifications, and can offer MOJ checks and drug/alcohol testing upon request.

Do you supply PPE?

All our candidates are supplied with standard PPE such as steel capped boots, High visibility top, Hard hat and gloves.

How soon can you get someone out to me?

If we have all the paperwork already in place, we can often get a worker out to you on the same day. Do not hesitate to give us a call if you need additional staff last minute.

What is the minimum length of assignment?

We have a 4 hour minimum charge out rate per worker for all assignments. Please let us know your requirements and we will find the right candidate to fit the role.

What Health and Safety do you have in place?

Envision has a comprehensive Health and Safety Management system. Our Account Mangers will conduct site visits to ensure all the correct safety measures are in place to keep our employees safe. Our candidates are given a Health and Safety Induction at onboarding, to ensure they understand their responsibilities and the risks involved when working on site to keep themselves and others safe.
